I’ve been coming to Crunch for the past couple of weeks. I will say it always seems nice and clean, there are plenty of machines, and the machines they have are high quality.
I’m giving Crunch three stars because the customer service could use some work, specifically at the front desk. I wasn’t greeted upon entering. The employee just pointed to the barcode scanner without saying anything. A simple “hello” or “welcome to Crunch” would’ve completely changed the vibe, and probably would’ve gotten at least another star.
Great Gym. Open Floor plan good selection of machines. Good number of benches and squat racks. Great open space for stretches. For all walks of life whatever stage you are at does not masquerade as a gym like woke Planet Fitness. Sauna and Tanning.
Nice gym, non judgemental wide range of members. Doesn't matter if you're a body builder, or a novice just trying to work on a better you, everyone is accepted. Just come in and do you.
They keep the place well stocked and make repairs as needed. Things break, we all know that. They get repairs made and when you bring issues to the attention of the staff get them corrected.
Only real complaint is the pull handles for the cable machines get tied into knots because some people think they are extra special and need to motify things that can't easily be undone.
