One of the best care facilities I've been to. Dr. Ari Pence is so incredible, understanding, and affirming in her approach. The nurses and staff are always kind and patient. My specialist doctors are also super knowledgeable and wonderful human beings!
I recently came for a visa medial appointment, and both Dr Lee and his nursing staff were excellent.
However the surprise bill for way over the range that their billing department shared with me before selecting them to do the service was obviously not appreciated
Saturdays waiting time for blood test is disrespectful with us patients that only have Saturday to get the lab tests done. Poor management. Several options that can be done by who ever is in charge do care about us.
1. Open @7am
2. Instead of 2 nurses should be at least 4 working
3.open @6am during week time.
I hope these simply ideas help the CEO/General Manager.
