Ashley was very helpful, friendly, and timely to get my A/C working again. Ashley kept me up to date along the way on what she was doing and what was happening the entire time and went the extra mile!
Called Castle due to many recommendations from friends. Gabbi answered and was very helpful in scheduling. On one of the hottest days of the year, they were able to get to my house on the same day and fortunately Wyatt was very professional and able to solve the problem and get it back running.
