After decades of having no doctor I set up my primary care doctor at Carle with Dr. McCoy. Would highly recommend. Very thorough, seems to up to date with new medical information, and very easy to talk to. Has always recommended great preventive care with data to back them up. So glad I found her and would highly recommend.
Went to convenient care for my 4 year old son 30 minutes before closing time and Dr. Obi was very patient and talked with him. He got down on his level and was really soft spoken and patient. It's a very good feeling knowing that they care about your kid's feelings and personal space instead of just rushing to get it done with.
I went to get lab work done, the nurses were very nice and I got my blood drawn and everything before my appointment was scheduled. The nurse that drew my blood was very kind and very good at putting me at ease. She didn't have to hunt for my veins or anything. I have had many other visits here and all the staff are very kind.
