John was an amazing technician who went above and beyond for us! He made sure our system was functioning well and even made improvements. He was also a great resource for what life is like in the area which was extremely helpful since we are new to the area.

I received same day service and was very satisfied with the assistance I received from Todd, a sales associate, who called John, the technician, after determining that I probably did not need a new A/C. Both were very professional and honest. John had my system cooling again in no time. I highly recommend this company.

I had Bratcher out last fall to check the furnace and then again today to check the AC. John M. has been our service technician both times and he is great!! He’s so kind and knowledgeable and doesn’t make me feel stupid for asking questions! He actually tells us about what he’s checking and why. As a first time homeowner, I am glad we had contacted Bratcher. The girl at the office who answers the phones is always pleasant to speak with as well. I’m very happy with the customer service we receive from Bratcher!
