I cant give enough praise to 217 Inc.! They were contacted by the radio station WIXY and told we were in desperate need of a ventilation system for our non profit cat cafe/lounge The Kitty Crib. They not only responded promptly BUT they fulfilled our need with installing a brand new system in one day! 217Inc. Absorbed the entire cost!! With us being a non profit, 501 (c)3 and rescuing dogs and cats that are on euthanasia lists, handicapped and disabled, most of our money goes towards vet bills. The fact that 217Inc. Gave us this very necessary equipment means the world to us and the cats! THANK YOU 217Inc.!!!!

Fast and courteous. the individuals that came to repair my furnace were patient, informative and efficient. Never tried to upsell even though it’s probably time to replace my unit. The price came in below what they estimated which was rare. I highly recommend 217 Inc. for A/C and heating repair. I have been using them for several years and have never had a bad experience! A+ rating.

Drew just finished my fall furnace maintenance. He was very good. I watched him and talked with him for most of the visit. He said it was ok. He was very professional in his work. He answered all my questions and provided other info about 217. Have had 217 for over a year now since I moved here and will continue on into the future. Update 7/7/25. Had my plumbing yearly inspection done last week as part of my maintenance plan. Bradon (sp?) was very thorough and explained everything he did. Very happy with his work.
