Our water heater suddenly went out and we needed a licensed professional for a diagnosis and replacement under our home warranty. Our home warranty recommended someone who was unavailable for at least a week. Koehne was recommended by a friend and we were fortunate to get someone in the next morning between 8-8:30 am. Mark was here before 8:30! He was VERY polite and informative! He was also very mindful of our carpets surrounding the closet in which the heater is located (in our living room above our crawl space).
