JCB is always very responsive (which was HIGHLY appreciated when it was an emergency), and Kyler's work has been efficient and high-quality. I get the sense that Kyler's advice is based on good judgment and that he's advising me based on what is in my best interest. For reference, he came in once because we thought we had a burst pipe (it wasn't, but he found the problem). Another time I had him unclog a shower drain (he got the job done quickly and successfully). This time around I had him replace a leaky hose spigot and install a utility sink in the laundry room.“

“Tom was fantastic. We had him install a tankless water heater, a whole house water softener with fleck valve, a whole house carbon filter, switch all the outside faucets to hard and internal soft, install a faucet in the garage, another faucet on the side of the house, replace some saddle value, and raise the shower head in the wall. In the end, a fair price, great service, and a good attitude to boot. I could not ask for a better plumber. Would use him again and recommend to anybody.“

“Ed's plumbing service came out for a second opinion after being quoted $3000 by ABC Plumbing. They came in and diagnosed the same issue for around $1000. They came within 20 mins of being called and were professional and friendly.“

“We had a issue where the Chlorine was not being pumped into the cylinder. The customer service representative had one of the service Techs call me on Saturday morning. Just in case we weren't able to solve the problem over phone we set up a service call for Thursday. Saturday morning the tech called, as promised, and he talked me through various scenarios of might be the problem, in the end his suggestion was to turn off the pump and wait for the Service Technician on Thursday. Technician, Zach called with an arrival time. He located the problem, repaired it and also did our yearly maintenance, saving us another service charge in October. Customer Service in our country is almost nonexistent. When you receive Good to excellent service it's worth the time to congratulate them and their company.
