Aiden performed the annual preventative maintenance on our two condos in Crystal Lake. He is an excellent professional. We previously used Flameco's service 20 years ago when we lived in Cary. They've been around a long time and they've always provided use with top notch service.
I put a service call last week and customer service began with Jennifer in the office. First of, a human, second, very helpful and kept great communication between me and the technician.
Once the crew arrived to the site, they seemed like they knew their stuff. They repaired the damaged line and got the unit running in no time! Don't waste your money with big companies (im currently dealing with four seasons for the property im renting and what a mess to say the least, rescheduling without notice, the office doesn't bother to let you know what's going on and when you call to find out what happened... you talk to a computer!)

Our A/C unit was struggling so I asked a friend for a recommendation on the best HVAC company in McHenry. He recommended FlameCo and I'm glad he did! Matt came out and explained the issue to me, offered 2 options, and had it completed in less than an hour. Price was reasonable. I will use them again.
