Timely and efficient service with great communication
My AC stopped working this week, in the middle of a heat advisory. RSP was able to send someone out to assess and repair my AC unit in less than 24 hours. I especially like their notification process leading up to the appt. They texted me the night before to give me a 2 hour expected service window. The technician called me before coming to my house. He called from the location before me and told me he was on the way to me, giving me an ETA. Then, RSP texted me telling me he was on the way and gave his full name and a photo of him. I felt this was super responsible and safe. Michael was my technician and he arrived right when he said he would and was kind, funny, and super knowledgeable. He did everything he could and then gave me options about where to go from there: The refrigerant that my AC unit uses has been phased out by the company so he said I could either call around and find someone who carries and can refill it OR I could stay with them and get a quote to replace my AC unit entirely. I appreciated that he gave me the choice and didn’t pressure me or try to sell me on staying with them and replacing. I found another company to replace the refrigerant and immediately called RSP to join their Comfort Club. I respect and like how they do business and was sold on the friendliness and expertise of Michael. RSP has earned a customer for life! Highly recommend.
Shout out to Evan - he did my inspection today!! He was on time, fast , & friendly!! Was even nice to my cat ,fungi🐈⬛!! I love RSP & there professionalism-I really like the phone call before hand saying they’re on their way, and the text message with a picture of your technician- as a single mom it makes me feel comfortable with rsp coming to my house ! Thank you !
