They did everything they could to make sure that my air conditioner was working properly, and even offered to come out on a Sunday. Customer service was fantastic. They were so easy to get a hold of and were very responsive. I called and they were able to come out right away, which was great because the heater in my apartment had stopped working, and I knew it would be a long wait if I had to go through a repair company!
