“Emc Floors, Inc. of Elgin, IL is one of the best contractors we’ve ever worked with. They installed beautiful hardwood floors in our historic home’s second floor bedrooms, hallway, and stairs and they’re absolutely gorgeous. They removed the carpet, repaired the subfloor, and when the stairs were in much worse shape than we thought we asked if they could do those too. Emanuel and his crew said “sure, we can add the stairs” and they wound up totally replacing the risers and treads. They showed up on time each day, worked 10 hours a day, and cleaned up after themselves. They got it done quickly and at a fraction of the price some others wanted to charge us along with the others warning us about how it would be tough to get it right in our “old house”.
