The schedulers are incompetent - every time we asked a question, the employee seemed unsure about her answer. She didn’t tell us that there are separate locations for lab work and for the PCP appointment. She also didn’t mention that it’s a walk-in appointment for labs and told my husband he had to come in at 3 pm for his appt. After his physical, the doctor told him he had to go to the location across the street for the blood work and when he got there, it was closed. He fasted until 3:30 pm for nothing. Doctor was great but the scheduling staff sucks!

Amy S did nothing at all. She didn't even check my breathing or heart. She gave no continued medicine. She started an hour late and was mean. She didn't help with 1 thing or check me. How do they have a job. The tests she put through never got there either.

My doctor is great.The customer service is horrible. Rude and hangs up on patients. They refuse to help in any other way. They will hang up if you try to explain your situation. Called 4x, got hung up on 4x. Someone needs to re evaluate who they have working because this is not ok when someone is trying to get help for their health. Absolutely the worst service and care.
