I called Precision Today Plumbing Heating Cooling Electrical, and the phone representative was a pleasure to speak with, making everything easy. They sent someone out quickly, and the technician, Patrick O., was excellent. He was knowledgeable, made my parents feel at ease, and explained everything well. We will definitely use them again and highly recommend them!
I used Precision for a total rebuild of my HVAC and plumbing & water treatment systems last fall and they were great. I HIGHLY recommend you enroll in their ongoing service plan- it’s amazing. I had a minor issue on Monday afternoon, Michelle who took my call was so friendly, James the technician was at my house 8am Tuesday, and the service was truly top notch. James found the problem right away, fixed it along with another small item he found during his inspection, then spent time teaching me what to look for and the best way to set the controls on my digital thermostat for cold weather.
