Their communication is top-notch and the technicians that visit your property send out customer-specific emails re: what services they performed, their observations on the state of your property (e.g., any thin or bare spots, density of weeds), and anything you can do as a homeowner to improve things on your end (e.g., mowing height, seeding timing, etc.). They can customize their treatment plan to suit your goals for your lawn.

Our previous full lawn service company skipped pre-emergent and fertilization services constantly but kept telling us they were performed (no signs, no techs onsite). Whenever they did put down fertilizer, our dog would come in even after waiting out the 48 hour no walking period and bite/lick his paws which were red from the application. The lawn was always mowed too low. It looked awful and full of weeds. We are new homeowners and quickly became disappointed in the state of our lawn.

Good Nature was the solution. Since starting to use them last fall and mowing the lawn ourselves at a healthy height, we've seen a noticeable difference in the thickness of the lawn, the color, and the presence of weeds which has been significantly reduced. Our dog no longer licks or bites his paws when he comes in from the yard...and the best part is since everything is natural, you don't have to stay off the lawn at all!

“I knew I was about a year out from putting my home on the market, ready to downsize. I credit Lawn Doctor for helping secure a sale. My lawn became overrun with Creeping Charlie after another business mowed for a summer—I think they transferred weed seeds on their equipment. For years I battled it and instead found more and different weeds take root as my grass was disappearing—some sprouting 2-4 feet high in just days. I also removed an above ground pool and had damage where it sat. I thought I’d have to rip out my lawn and sod but Doug came and did an evaluation. “We contracted with Jamie and team for landscaping work in backyard. Required reconstruction of a large planting bed with landscaping bricks. The redesign is terrific included 7 tons of landscaping stone along with multiple various plants and small bushes. Work was completed timely and cleanup was excellent. We were very happy with the final product with the layout and design of the bed looking great. Well done.“

“I have used Elite Lawn Service since 2017 for mowing, clean-ups, fertilizer, and mulch and overall have been very happy.Good things: Very responsive, very friendly crew and has been the same crew since I started, crew does excellent work and is very conscientious, and if requested they don't use the extremely big stand on mower machines (that is why I switched to them). They communicate regularly through emails with general updates, schedule delays, etc.Not as good things: Their office side of things isn't as organized, but they did send out a letter explaining all of their upcoming 2021 changes to improve on that. When it rains they sometimes try to mow when the grass is wet but I did ask them to not do so.
