I had signed up for a free trial for me and my grandma to try out LA fitness and we had a blast! We were greeted right away by Fallon. She is the sweetest person and extremely helpful & has great customer service. She made our workout great!

I've been to a handful of LA Fitness locations in and around Chicago and this one is BY FAR the best. Everything is clean, staff and patrons are friendly, it's almost never crowded, and people are GREAT about re-racking weights! I would work out here every day if it was closer.

It's been 1 full year working out at this LA fitness and I must say the place is always clean. And the customer service the staff is great. When I 1st joined I had bad experience with a "mgr" by the name of Nico (scum of the earth) but Gianna was absolutely amazing to work with and resolve the issues that were going on at the time. Her professionalism and kindness and understanding are top tier and honesty others should take note. Honestly if it wasn't for Gianna's stellar customer service and making things right with the power she had. Who knows what could have happened with the future of LA Fitness.
