The owner Dave is a guy with high integrity and tested expertise. In addition to the beautiful garage floor his crew installed, he navigated a couple of tricky issues with the layout of our garage and gave us a beautiful finished product. We highly recommend him and his company - high quality work and competitively priced.

After getting some quotes earlier this year to coat our garage floor, I ended up waiting as I just did not feel comfortable with the quality of the interaction with those companies. While not always the case, that early interaction can be an indication of the overall quality of the completed job and the willingness to stand behind the work. A few months later I decided to do more research and came across Garage Experts of Chicagoland. The reviews were not only outstanding but the owner (Dave) took the time in most cases to comment and thank the reviewer. Even though we were outside their service area, I decided to reach out. The responsiveness as well as every other interaction before and after the floor was completed was phenomenal. The finished product exceeded our expectations. There was a very minor issue that Dave himself came out to very quickly address which says a lot about the kind of company Dave is running. It has now been a few months after the job was completed and despite lots of in/out traffic and a heavy truck, the floor looks as good as the day it was completed.
