I wish I could give more stars! We just replaced our HVAC system with Elite Air and the process was seamless from start to finish. The quote was competitive and reasonable, Joe was professional, responsive, and patient with my many questions, and the team was courteous and efficient during the install. I also have nothing but compliments for Tracey in the office, who helped answer many questions and provided me with paperwork, permit information, warranties, and rebate information, etc. I was with another company for many years, but will be switching to Elite Air now. Elite Air did an amazing job installing my furnace. They were in great communication the entire process leading up to the installation. They had the best price around when looking at different companies. Joe and his crew were extremely professional doing the furnace installation. I would highly recommend for any hvac needs.
