Jose is amazing, if you are searching for a home inspector you found the right one. I've been to 4 other home inspections in my life and Jose was by far the best I've ever seen. Saved us from buying a house with hidden structural damage. There's no way we would have ever found that. He was so thorough and explained everything in depth to us. The guys he brought with for the radon and the sewer scope were also amazing. So professional and kind. Answered all questions and saved us from buying something disasterus. We will definitely be using him for the next house.
