I have been purchasing from Ashland for years and have always found their products to be top notch. This family-run business is very attentive and professional. Will continue to buy from them.
Great sausage and meats! Love picking up their products at Joseph's in Crystal Lake. It's nice to be able to support a local business and to know where my meat is coming from. These days, that's pretty important.
Nice folks, nice products, very tight production facility. In addition to making their own smoked & specialty products, they're also a USDA certified manufacturer, and offer co-packing services (i.e., manufacturing food products for other businesses).
