Adam Claus was extremely friendly, knowledgeable and experienced concerning RPZ valves and my irrigation system. He suggested a course of action where I can delay the replacement of my RPZ valve yet safely operate my irrigation system until shut off for this calendar year. Prior to next spring system start up I will then replace the valve.
I called a couple places which had a bit of a delay, Armbrust was able semd a tech over the next day. Steve, the technician that came out, was pleasant, clean, respectful, and spoke to me like a homeowner, never talking down. I was super pleased. He covered up his shoes when he came in, explained everything as he went. Great guy. Armbrust has won me over.
My outside faucet wouldn’t stop dripping. Adam arrived, assessed everything, gathered his tools and went to work on replacing the old failed faucet.
He was very professional in his appearance and manner, plus did a great job.
