My dentist was Jacob Voyles and I think he could tell I was as nervous as a cat on a hot tin roof. He examined my X-ray and discussed with me all alternatives. The decision was made to extract the tooth and Jacob made 100% sure that he had used enough medicine that I would feel no pain. The procedure turned out to be a challenge but Jacob was always calm and reassuring and explained to me what he was doing step by step and finally he had extracted the tooth and roots. No pain although my nerves were shot! If you seek a dentist in the Carmi area I strongly suggest you use Jacob as your dentist. He has a great “ bed side” manner and is a very talented dentist.
