Moved to Carbondale recently and needed a new local groomer. First, the online booking was so convenient!! More importantly, I have a dog who does not like new people and I have had other groomers call to have me pick her up within 15 mins…here they were able to work with her personality and do a full grooming appointment. You can tell they are true dog people who have patience and can work with difficult dogs. From start to finish a very great experience for my 2 dogs and now they look super cute too! Love that we have a groomer like this in Carbondale and we will definitely be back! 🐶❤️🐶

Julie is GREAT with my tiny pooch, and has taken the time to transform the experience from one that was initially scary to one where she now looks forward to going in. she comes home with her cute little bandana, looking like a little teddy bear. Julie is just a great, knowledgeable groomer!

My cute boys went to their first groomer appt today. I highly recommend Julie at Shawnee Dogs in Carbondale IL. She did exactly what we wanted and actually went above our expectations. She done a fantastic job with them! We will definitely be regulars and won’t go anywhere else 🐶🐾 Thanks so much Julie! From this doodle family (Before and After pictures below) 😁❤️
