Tim did a great job! I shopped for a home while out of state, he was basically my eyes and ears during the whole process. He inspected a couple of places before I made my decision & even gave ballpark estimates to fix stuff. Since purchasing the home I have called Tim back for plumbing work and I will be calling him again for other things. Tim is honest, professional, but a little difficult to snag so book him in advance of your deadline!
