Bonnie is phenomenal and the services and care she delivers is the best I've ever experienced.

It can be hard to find proper health care and advice when you want care out side of the "normal" stuff.

What I love about Bonnie is that she is very professional and makes sure her solutions are customized and specific to your exact need.

She encourages you to actually listen to your body and tap into your bodies very own tuition.

God made us as imperfectly perfect human beings and sometimes, our bodies needs some guidance which can be hard to find in most mainstream solutions.

Doc is so kind and understanding. No questions are d*** questions and she ensures you understand everything that’s going on. I’m not too far into my program but am already feeling so much better. She knows her stuff! I’d recommend

Dr Bonni is awesome and loves what she does and lives by what she does! She does offer Chiropractic as well but no manual adjustments. If you go by her nutrition plan you will truly get healthier and see that food can heal and keep us healthy!

We use gentle chiropractic, that has no twisting of the neck or low back. We take our time with you to listen and make certain that you have been heard and that your aches and pains have been addressed before you leave the office. Our specialty is perinatal care, supporting mothers around Southern Illinois with chiropractic care to support moms in having the best pregnancy experience possible.
