Above and beyond is the first expression that comes to mind when I think of this company because the individuals whom work here are a solid team. I watched a mentor guide his coworker with great expertise and with a great attitude what a stand up guy. He assured our fit and finish was on point and everyone was on board. The overall completed project is wonderful and we are very grateful for our choice to stick with tempstar. The reason we chose this product was based on the fact that we were running a 30+ year old unit and it ran fine but it was to the point of okay this could be it any day lol so we opted to move before that occured. I can express enough the gratitude I have for this company. I called yesterday and within 2 hours they arrived at my 95 year old Grandmother’s house and had her water running again. She had not had running water since September!! Amazing response time and a compassionate and caring crew!! Thank you!!!

Spoon River mechanical is our go-to for Plumbing in Canton. They're always quick to respond courteous very professional and even clean up after themselves. My only observation would be price tag was steep this last time $400 for them to clean out my outside drains. I guess that's just inflation for you but they did an awesome job and my Plumbing works thank you so very much guys
