Although my experience there was for my repossessed 2018 Jeep Wrangler they were super kind they were respectful of my vehicle and I did get my vehicle back from an auction house a couple days later but it was totally unharmed so I appreciate reliables professionalism.
I started working there as a repo man I started training had a asthma, attack spent the good day in the hospital just to find out they fired me.. aura Bolingbrook all you, Westin subs be careful they usually do they repossessions between the hours of 10 PM to six in the morning hide your cars
Just picked my car up from Reliable Repo.I saw a lot of negative reviews of the place in regards to staff and theft. The front desk was very nice and I got my vehicle within 20 minutes of my appointment time. Felt very quick and seamless.As for theft, there were a couple things I couldn't find when retrieving my car. Theft happens everywhere. I guess with repo companies this is somewhat expected. No repossession = no theft. Lesson learned.
