“Called Burris and Sons about my plumbing issue. A young lady answered and was very nice. Asked for my number and a service person would get back to me. I recieved a call within 30 minutes and spoke with Mr. Burris, was to he would be at my home before noon,and he was. Asked what the issue was, and within 15 minutes fixed my problem. Very nice gentleman, very knowledgeable with a great personality. Would recommend him to anyone with plumbing needs.“

“My 2 nd floor bath was suddenly leaking into the downstairs closet and hall. I called several plumbers and either they wanted money to just come look at my problem (What ever happened to free estimates?) or they came and asked too much. I called Pittman Plumbing and told them my problem. The plumbers came out in a few hours. Looked at the problem and gave me a quote of $990. The only other quote I got was more than twice that. Kenneth and Jamal impressed me with their knowledge of what needed doing so I hired them to do the repair. They both worked very hard for about 5 hours or so. “I contacted them during a rainstorm on a Sunday, and Jim came out at noon Monday. (The water heater manufacturer's website gave me his contact info, since he is authorized to service them.) Jim is extremely knowledgeable about water heaters and fixed our problem in a half an hour for a reasonable rate, even though others I contacted wanted to replace our water heater. I would use him to install my next water heater, but he no longer does that .“
