Today i witnessed a situation with an employee (Gracie) and a customer in which the customer was very rude to Gracie multiple times. The way she responded to the customer was one of the most professional and calm ways that I’ve seen in a work environment. SynergenX Is very lucky to have Gracie as an employee.

When you walk in you are greeted with a friendly staff, they are top notch and very professional.. I have been coming to Synergy for 2 years, and I feel great! Best decision I ever made.Damien

The entire experience each time I arrive (which I’ve been doing twice a week for almost two years) is awesome! Every single person in the office is extraordinarily professional, welcoming, caring, and always fully answer all of my questions. It’s a bit like walking into “Cheers” where everyone smiles and knows your name. They have free drinks and snacks while you wait and totally make you feel welcome. Gracie at the front desk is the epitome of extraordinary customer service - as well as all of the other providers. I highly recommend this clinic to all!
