“We were having problems with ants in the house. Mark was very responsive to our call. He and his son came out in late May and sprayed the inside and outside of the house. They took more care inside, as we have 2 cats, by spraying along the baseboards and then wiping them down after the product had time to seep into the house. No issues with our cats. We've seen only a few ants since then but Mark said that was to be expected as they ants take the poison back to the colony to spread. Mark will be back in September to reapply before winter. I'll do an update then. I recommend Mark and his company.“

“Reached out to EcoGuard around September '21 for a rodent problem. They called immediately to schedule an estimate. The service was done on the same day of the estimate, which was convenient. Reece politely answered all of my questions before proceeding with the service.There were a few dead mice within the first week after the bait stations were set up (as expected while the mice poison worked its magic), and the last dead rodent I came across was at around the 1-month follow-up (sort of a lone fluke as I had no dead mice turn up during weeks 2-3). No mice since. I did opt for the quarterly bait station refill. I am satisfied with the results so far and am curious to see what happens once the warmer weather rolls around.I have never used pest control services before this, so I can't really attest to whether the service was expensive or not, comparatively speaking. While I have had scheduling issues with Anderson/Terminix for my residential unit, with service technicians showing up to my home on a different day than was scheduled and confirmed, which means I was not there to let them in to inspect and treat the inside of my home. That however, did not stop them from billing me the full rate for 1/2 the service.

My 5 point star rating, therefore, represents the services rendered for the commercial property, which George has consistently provided excellent service.

Too bad the same scheduling system is not used for residential accounts.“
