UPDATE: After keeping my appointment and meeting with the accountant we were referred to, I knew I had to change my review. The service was excellent. The accountant was friendly and very knowledgeable and did her best to get us every tax brake possible. I even referred her to my mom and she also had a very positive experience. I would give them 5 stars but I'm taking my first interaction detailed below into account.
