“We had a very large and active hornets nest in one of our bushes. I called Lake Cook Pest Control and they came out the same day. The person took a quick look at it and said he would be able to take care of it quickly, and he did. Remove the hornets nest and sprayed to make sure they didn’t come back. It’s now two weeks later and no hornets. Very satisfied with them and would definitely recommend them.“

It's the same people you're talking to the whole time so they're familiar with what they did in the past and what steps are needed in the future unlike other pest control services that bring over different person every time. Justin does a great job of explaining the situation objectively without making you fearful and he educates you on what's realistic for mouse behavior. Linda called me back within a day and spent 15 minutes on the phone with me, asking me specific questions about my situation and telling me what she thought. She said that I should be able to find evidence of bedbugs if I had been being bitten for this long, and suggested how to look. I asked clarifying questions and she answered each one in a way that I found informative, clear, and connectful. She quoted me what I consider to be a low rate for a dog inspection (if I wanted one) compared to to the other companies I asked, which I was surprised at and appreciated.
