I gave my jacket to be cleaned, only the collar. And they ruined my clothes. it got a size smaller. Last time I lost the lace from the dress. terrible hack. I don't recommend this place

Do Not Take Your Clothes Here - for the past few months I took my shirts to be cleaned and would notice from time to time little spots - nothing major. I thought maybe it was something that I had spilled on the shirts that didn't clean properly. Then I took a non-business shirt to them to be cleaned and they absolutely ruined it. What was really upsetting was that the woman I spoke to strung me along for weeks saying she had to talk to her husband about it, lied about her communication to me, and never compensated me or offered a credit for the shirt.

Original Cleaners and Tailors. We gave my husband's down coat and my wool coat for dry cleaning at the end of the season. My husband noticed that his down coat was ruined, when he picked it up, but they compensated it.
I did check my wool coat at home and it seemed to be fine. However, when I put it on for the first time this season, I noticed the sleeves were shrunk.
I didn't go back to this place to get my coat fixed, but I asked my tailor to fix it.
I wouldn't recommend this place and I'm never going back there.
