Was always skeptical of Chirpractic. Had loads of pt, Botox, ablations, nerve blocks after literally being hit by a car 6 years ago. I have severe cervical and lumbar spine issues. Dr. Cress was highly recommended so I tried him. WOW, he is fabulous and his staff is wonderful. Started 2 months ago and feel much better. He does not pressure his patients to make multiple appointments. I beyond highly recommended Dr. Cress and Arc Chiropratic!

Dr. Cress and his team are amazing. I've been going to ARC Chiropractic for the past 4 years. There have been several instances where I honestly don't know what I would have done without them. Many chiropractors just give their patients a massage, a few adjustments, PT, and some stretches and send them on their way. Dr. Cress wants to help his patients recover, but he also educates them to prevent future injuries. You may hear him talk about diet, allergies, medications, posture, balance, gait, and so many other things that make it clear that he continues to be a student of his craft. Great chiropractor.Doctor John cress a wonderful and a knowledgeable doctor .Visited for my spouse back issues .He provided essential treatment and suggestions and exercise.They also have a great massage therapist.
