If you even suspect a mouse problem, I would just call Mice Guys. They do everything from preventing mice from getting in, trapping existing mice, and cleaning years of mouse poop in your house. It's the same people you're talking to the whole time so they're familiar with what they did in the past and what steps are needed in the future unlike other pest control services that bring over different person every time. Justin does a great job of explaining the situation objectively without making you fearful and he educates you on what's realistic for mouse behavior. He is incredibly knowledgable and overall a really nice person. We are SO grateful for Mice Guys and they are probably one of our favorite contractors we've worked with. We can use our basement worry-free! Please don't waste your time calling other businesses, you will be in good hands with Mice Guys!

We used Integrity Windows and Siding back in 2012 to replace our siding and half of our windows (one of the windows did break shortly after installation - it was quickly replaced at no cost, no questions asked). Fast forward to 2023, we again sought out Integrity and Howard to install some of the remaining windows. Howard is very knowledgeable, easy to work with, explains options, kept us informed during the process and sells a quality window at a fair price. Mike, who has been with Integrity for 20+ years, was very careful during the installation - clearly he knows what he is doing! The windows look great, work great and keep us warmer. I have always had a hard time loving my hair either the color wasn't what I wanted or the haircut made me look like Lord Farquaad (if you know you know)! Brenda is amazing she like a magician with color and just knows how to breath life back in your hair, and don't get me started with her head massages, perfect for when I feel a migraine coming on! She knows exactly what I want and sometimes I am a very indecisive person but she always gets the assignment and goes above and beyond!

I enjoyed getting a Mani Pedi here. When I called to schedule an appointment the employee made sure that someone would be available at that time. In my past experiences I have had to wait at other nail salons even with an appointment. The nail technicians did a great job on my nails and my daughter's nails. We will definitely return again.

Julie takes the time to listen to what you want. This was one of the best hair cuts I've had. My hair is fine and curly, but requires the right cut to bring out the curls. Julie got it right.

I wanted a nice spa experience for a friend. The minute I called, Debbie was amazing. The purchase process was easy since I am out of state. She personalized the gift card for me and actually went way over and beyond by delivering it. I'm sure this was an exception and not the norm, but she called me and remained on the line until delivery was confirmed. I have NEVER experienced this level of customer service from any business. I cannot thank Debbie enough for being there for me and conveying the care to my friend that I was unable provide in person.

We’ve used Lakeside Plumbing for all our plumbing needs for probably 25 years. They’re always reliable, helpful, and honest. I love knowing I can call, and feel confident in their professionals — from the people who answer the phone to their plumbing professionals. Besides regular plumbing jobs, they have diagnosed sewer problems and then fixed them, they monitor our sump pumps to keep them fail-proof, they’ve dug out and replaced a sump pit that was old and collapsed. They just do it all.

Our washer broke down over the weekend. (The drain pump stopped working.) We were able to schedule a service appointment for Monday. The owner/service technician showed up on time and with a new pump based on our preliminary "over the phone" diagnosis and fix the washer. The cost was cheaper than the quoted fee from the appliance store we bought the washer, and was 10 days faster. John the owner, came and visit my wife and I within one day. I am incredibly impressed ? by his hands on apporach. I felt he understood us and what we were looking for. After listening to our dreans and ideas he took the time to explain our home project which allowed us to make realistic expectations. I felt Johns 40+ years of experience and BBB rating of A++ can't be topped.
We contacted Jim and he came out to our house immediately to give us an estimate for our walkways, planter and driveway. He was efficient, professional and very personable. He walked the property, getting our input and telling us what he proposed to do to make it even better, including marking off the pattern of the bricks and landscaping that would be changed. He gave us a written proposal (that he stuck to!) and we scheduled the work. He came out again with his crew to re-walk the property for them and give additional suggestions as to layout. We had the final say but his suggestions were very welcome. From start to finish, the crew worked extremely well together; they knew exactly what each of them was to do and they worked very quickly and professionally. When we asked that a bend in the walkway be changed...no problem. How nice to have someone show up when he says he will, to have the job completed in short time, and to be so pleased with the outcome.
We had a very large and active hornets nest in one of our bushes. I called Lake Cook Pest Control and they came out the same day. The person took a quick look at it and said he would be able to take care of it quickly, and he did. Remove the hornets nest and sprayed to make sure they didn’t come back. It’s now two weeks later and no hornets. Very satisfied with them and would definitely recommend them.

Dr. Cress and his team are amazing. I've been going to ARC Chiropractic for the past 4 years. There have been several instances where I honestly don't know what I would have done without them. Enjoyed a 60 min massage as a recent first time mom with the therapist Iryna! I felt like a new person after a session with her, she was very considerate and worked on the areas I requested and made sure I was comfortable on the table being that I am postpartum.
