This is why you shop small business! My sister in law recommended them and she’s had no issue for years. Sam was great to work with. He really wants to educate you so you choose the right remote starter for you. We went over a few options and the install was very quick and easy. No salesman tactics, no gimmicks. I picked my car up after work and they kindly waited a few minutes afterwards since I was running late. I don’t anticipate any issues in the future but if any arise, it’s great to know there’s someone who will stand behind their work. I’m happy I got my remote starter before the cold.
