“Needing to move ASAP, I needed hardwood floors refinished. They were in an awful state: the worst being a 3 x2 ft spatter and stain of deep red dye. I got a recommendation from a friend and called Neal Sherman.I am so pleased with and thankful to this business for:1. Getting back to my call the same day.2. Scheduling a feee estimate inspection within 2 days. Going way beyond normal hours to do so.3. Being totally upfront about impossibilities of knowing if stain would come out completely with sanding.4. Giving me an excellent estimate on the spot and being willing to wait for me to call him back by next day to take the offer.5. Explaining the process and the need to leave floor untouched for between-coats hours and after final coat.6. Scheduling the work so quickly and doing the work so well.7. Much of this can be attributed to Bogdan's excellent staff. We had two Project Managers working on our project; and they complemented each other well and both filled a necessary role. Greg managed the business end of the project and oversaw some of the final work. Matthew, however was our everyday contact. He scheduled the work and the supplies needed. He kept us very well informed about the specific work to be done and the schedule of who would be showing up to complete it. He also worked around our time commitments and was always pleasant and accommodating. The various workers were all respectful and professional. It was a pleasure to have them in our home and the quality of their work was impeccable. Both Matthew and Greg were available and responsive to our questions and concerns. “They did an amazing job on our kitchen with fairly competitive pricing. Our project included cabinet refacing, new countertop, and backsplash. They also built us a brand new open shelf at the end of our stove to extend our counter to both sides of the appliance. Ivan was super responsive by text as I had questions or letting me know if they were running late from another job.We had some issues with getting the right hinges for this project but it wasn't their fault in the end. Just know if you have older hinges the need replacing it might take some time with a little trail and error to get the right solution.We ended up hiring them back out a few weeks later to install a range hood. So happy they could bring our 30yr old kitchen up to date.“
