I want to thank Mr Arthur Jones not only for his Prompt response and calls , but for his humor and the personal conversation of life in general we had. I was treated as a friend and not just a customer, and this was all over the phone not in person.We had the all of our 2nd floor with the carpets. Installers were great they were on time and did a great job cleaning up and making sure I was happy b4 they left. Excellent experience! Crew was professional and on time. They did an excellent job installing carpeting in our condominium hallways. Office staff was wonderful as well, they were patient with my questions and concerns. I am very pleased, highly recommenced Royal Home Flooring.
