We had a major flood in our basement right when my aunt was recovering from hip surgery, so the timing could not have been worse. Hydroforce sent Oscar out as our project manager, and he honestly made the whole situation so much easier on our family. He walked my uncle through every part of the process, explained what needed to be done, and kept everyone updated so we never had to worry. With everything going on, Oscar’s communication and professionalism brought a lot of peace of mind.
