“EDIT: Bri has left this salon and the owner herself is wonderful. She has done as much as she can to remedy the situation despite doing nothing wrong herself. You can tell she cares about making things right. One to four stars for her customer service alone.

I really wanted to like this place but the customer service deserves 0 stars. I decided to cut my hair after having extensions. They said they would hold onto my extensions for me and when I was ready for them again they would be there. This past February I messaged Bri asking if she could mail them to me since I lived an hour and a half away and was going to see someone closer to my house. She responded that she would get them mailed out the next day. Well, months go by, no hair extensions in the mail. I messaged her again in the beginning of June and she never responded. I called the shop and they said they would have her call me. No phone call 3 weeks later. I called the salon again and the person who answered acted shocked that I hadn’t heard from anyone yet and she said “let me call you right back so I can talk to her about it” and here I am almost a week later and still haven’t heard from anyone. I messaged Bri yet again and she still hasn’t responded and I still don’t have my extensions. I called the shop several times today and no one answered. My extensions were only a couple months old when they were taken out and stored. Anyone who knows how expensive the hair is knows how important it is to get the full life out of them. Extremely disappointed with the girls here.“
