Update: I want to sing the praises of Kulacz. I talked with Austin and he assured me my issue would be resolved. It has been. I am so happy with my furnace now. Another cold air return was put in the hallway and some minor adjustments to the furnace were made and it is working wonderfully. I am so happy and thankful that things worked out for us and that Kulacz took care of us. I highly recommend them. They are great people working for a great company. Thank you, Kulacz. ❤️ We had a new furnace and air conditioning put in last July 24. Everything is working great until earlier this month. For some reason, all of a sudden we are getting a “thud” noise during the furnace cycle and when it stops. I have had two service calls on this problem. The first technician changed the filter which was only a month old and the thud stopped. About a week later it started up again. The second technician assured me that the “thud” was not a problem. Why do you pay over $10,000 for a furnace and you get a noise that may be “normal” but is annoying? It wasn't there in July through December. Doesn't make sense to me. Kulacz has been very nice and polite about this issue but I can't see paying all this money for a furnace that you're not happy with.
I just wanted to give a huge shout out to Kulacz and sons Heating &Cooling , Between Tuesday Night January 14th and Wednesday the 15th my Furnace quit. I woke up at 3:00am to 46 Degrees on my thermostat, I called Kulacz at 4:00am and was told all the technicians were busy but I would get a call back by 7:30 am , very prompt, I received a call back at 7;30 and a technician was dispatched to my home by 8:45 , the technician ran a furnace Diagnostic, the igniter had gone out, this was replaced and I had heat by 9:00am. We purchased our furnace and central air back in 2019 and have had a wonderful experience with them! They are very professional and the team has always gone out of their way to provide the best customer experience! We have been so pleased with them that when our hot water heater went out recently we gave them a call and they came the same day and installed a new one! They definitely put the customer first whether it’s quoting the best price when you’re looking for something new or coming to the rescue when things don’t go as planned. It’s been such a pleasure having them around and I would highly recommend them!
