Apparently Heatwave is permanently closed and HOME took over their phone number but not their accounts, the HOME representative stated that they are NOT affiliated with Heatwave and that they just took over their phone number and that they dont have access to their records or anything, so sad a business that just closed leaving all that they previously serviced high and dry, any service contracts or warranties just gone down the drain. smh

Very efficient and professional. The contractor weatherization of our air conditioner was necessary because the insulation was in wet condition and some of the wiring wasn't complete. Thank you ?

I went online and requested a quote on getting a new ac system, they called me within minutes to set up a time and date, they came out gave me an estimate got me financed and with in a couple days I had a new ac.
