James kept us up to date on everything when there was a change. He was so easy to deal with whenever i had a question James was quick to respond. My mom was at ease with James listing her house as he was very nice(as my mom said). We will definitely use him again if needed and will highly recomend him. Again, thank you so much James
James Goudreau from Keller Williams was our agent for the sale of our house in Coal City and the new house we bought in Kankakee. He did a wonderful job in helping us on both houses. There was no question we asked that seemed inconsequential to him, and he answered all of them. He was always great about getting back to us also helped us hire some great local contractors to do some work we wanted done. It has been a pleasure working with James and I would highly recommend him as a realtor and a all around good guy
