Called regarding a garage door repair. Awesome response and concern on the phone. The repairman was out soon after and the awesome customer service continued. Nice prompt and to the point. Front to back genuine customer service doesn't happen much anymore. A Plus gets and A+. Keep it up and never lose it. That will forever be your best marketing. Will highly recommend!

After much deliberation, we decided to replace all the windows on the lower level of our house. Knowing absolutely nothing about windows, we opened up the yellow pages and called three different business to come out and consult us on our options. Tousignant was the second company we called. They informed us that Denny would come out, take a look at our situation, and quote us on our options. I will go on record to say that I have never met a less pushier sales representative in my experience. He measured, evaluated, and promised us a price in two days.
