The weekday overnight staff is exceptional, greeting members with a friendly smile and keeping the gym spotless. Overall, it provides good value for the price, with some minor issues like occasional noise disturbances that have now been addressed.
The weekday overnight guy is exceptional, he always greets members with a friendly smile and ensuring the gym is spotless and well-maintained. His positive attitude and genuine encouragement create a welcoming and supportive environment. He truly stands out in customer service, making a significant impact on the gym's community.
There is a new manager there on the weekend since May. The whole gym is cleaner. All the small weights everywhere are organized on the rack and machines. I can always find the paper towel and spray no problem finally. Biggest things I noticed, everything works now too!
I've been coming here for 3 years. The staff are nice, hence the 2 stars. However, the cleanliness, the operations of the machines, the saunas functioning is subpar to put it nicely. Every week, there is something broken/out of order. I usually go in the morning and there's weights everywhere, at times I and others cannot use the treadmills not because there's a full house, but due to a handful of them being out of service, so that only leaves a few able to be used that are working properly. I cannot tell you how many times after a workout I go to sit in the sauna and the heat is very low or it's cold inside. I was told it means it's broken.
