Unfortunately there is a chance of recurring and I noticed my dog had another growth near the original area and called on Monday. We got a same day appt to consult the situation and we're scheduled for surgery on Wednesday. Thank you Brookville for getting him in and on his way to healing again fast ??“

My family and I were loyal patients to a veterinary practice in Woodfield for 25+ years. Our 2yr old puppy got sick and our previous vet couldn’t find the answer - by no fault of their own. We had to bring our boy to multiple different vets and a few universities try to find answers to this “mystery” illness. The only good thing that came from that experience was finding Dr. Gunderson. She spent countless hours with us in the office, took late night phone calls to answer questions, and took her personal time to research answers. We will forever be thankful for her during that time.

Additionally, Dr. Wallach has been incredible. Our female corgi came down with acute pancreatitis last fall. Dr. Wallach got her in right away, made sure to see her next day for a follow up, and called me periodically over the next week to check-in on her.

Because of these two, I happily pack up my bunny and travel 50min for her check-ups and nail trims - now that i’ve moved out of my family home. I will always go out of my way for Danada as they continue to value special veterinarians like Dr. Gunderson and Dr. Wallach❤️“

“I took my senior dog in yesterday for a quick nail trim. And I mean quick!! We sat for maybe 2 minutes then she was taken in back for her "pedicure" her tech called it. Chloe does not like to have her feet touched. I muzzled my chiweenie for her safety. She had her done and back in my arms in less than 10 minutes. Chloe was a happy girl the whole way home. “I have been taking my sweet boy to this office since I first moved here in 2018, and I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. This review is LONG overdue but Dr. Bishop and Dr. Lopiccolo really go out of their way and take their time to make sure your animals are well taken care of! Both of my pups hate having their nails trimmed (and they are definitely not easy to deal with), but the doctors and staff have never made me feel like they were a headache to deal with (even though I definitely know they are lol).

Absolutely love how dedicated they are to making sure you and your babies feel comfortable and at ease. Earlier today my pup ripped his nail off and I was so worried ( not knowing how serious it was or wasn’t) and Dr. Bishop found time to fit me in first thing in the morning so I could still make it to work and also make sure my baby was ok. He got my pup all wrapped up and even found time to complete all his shots that he was due for so I didn’t need to bring him back next week. Not only that, but he will always go out of his way to offer any assistance you might need to make the appointments run smoother.

“Our cat suffered a paw injury and began limping and we started calling around vets but couldn’t get any soon appt, we called Gentle Care Vet and they got us in same day morning appt ! Same thing happened again when we needed an appt and again, we were given a same day appt. The Dr is patient and takes his time, he examined her, trimmed her nails, gave an antibiotic shot and prescription for home. He took time to show us how to administer the oral antibiotics as well. They are very responsive over the phone as well. Turns out our cat is somewhat injury prone since she wounded her ear recently and I wasn’t sure if it was an injury, ear infection, or ear mites and the Dr was able to look at pics of her ear and reassure me it wasn’t ear mites but a wound. Would highly recommend !“

“I cannot say enough about this clinic. So many wonderful people, especially Peggy and Gina! My David became very very ill and subsequently passed away in 2019. My father passed away the same day my dog passed away. The compassion and love that was given to me, especially from Peggy was absolutely amazing! It made my loss a bit easier. Happily in January 2020 my little Max was born and subsequently I picked him up from my breeder in March 2020! Of course, I brought him to Archer Veterinary Clinic to make sure everything is OK with him and we continue to come back to this fantastic place where my dog is loved cherished, and so well taken care of! “Our pup, Burnham (famed armpit smelling dog) passed away, suddenly late Christmas Day 2023 at 12 1/2 years old. He had Dr. Muehrke when he was a pup for few years and then Dr. Vidt. Later, he had his last 5+years with Dr. McCallian. All doctors are incredible, but Dr. McCallian was outstanding. Our new pup, Cooper (rescued from Kentucky with twelve siblings) we had planned to see Dr. McCallian but he was on maternity leave with his wife, so we saw Dr. Kayson--another fabulous experience. He was great with Cooper and made him feel very comfortable. He explained all questions we had plus provided us with a plethora of information (haven't had a pup in 12 1/2 years) --which was very helpful, thus far. We have never had a bad experience with anyone--including the front desk and techs. I highly recommend them to everyone! Thanks for continuing excellent care for our pups over almost 14 years. You are all much appreciated always.“

This past Friday, however, was my first visit with Dr. Kayson with my Great Dane, Ivy. I just want to say thank you to Dr. Kayson for his caring, compassion, thoroughness, and sensitivity, in addition to how gentle and caring he was with Ivy. Sadly, in spite of efforts to diagnose the cause of Ivy's seizure, we lost her very suddenly the next day.
