They are like savages hacking with machetes! Love to cut in bordered flowerbeds, mulched areas are NOT off limits to them. They cut square/flat across four Dwarf Mugo pines Aa in the front of my home, after multiple times being told not to touch them! Absolutely ruined them!!! They have NO idea of what to not cut etc. Even roses are cut flat across. Must be cheap to hire.

The Lily Field town home association has a contract with this landscape company to remove the snow. Last weekend, the snow was not removed until 3 AM on Saturday. today. There is about 2 and a 1/2 inches of snow outside, and yet they still have not come to remove the snow. It is about 11 o'clock AM. This company provides poor services in the winter as well as in the summer. During the summer, the landscapers spent most of their time on their cell phones. They overfertilize the grass, turning it brown, and you could get no response from management to rectify the problems. Please be advised. This is not a good company to use.

It is now 3:30pm and the streets in Southmoor subdivision in Orland Park are still not plowed. Someone came this morning and shoveled a path to ny door and left the rest of the snow on the sidewalk and driveway. I just went out and shoveled my driveway & Sidewalk. I am extremely dissappointed in Sebert Landscaping. They don't have enough people to get the job done. I have seen 2 people on & off during the day. Terrible service. Pam
