I live on a golf course and one of the reasons for choosing Window Works was their awesome guarantee for breaks. I have been in this house for over 7 years now and this is the first time I’ve had a break. When I called, I gave them the window information from the sticker installed on the inside with the type and measurements. They were here in a few weeks to replace with the new glass with no charge to me. This isn’t the only reason why I am so pleased with these windows. Pete was very professional. Made sure my carpeting was protected. Wanted me to inspect the installation inside and outside of the house. Demonstrated how to use the windows properly. I would use WindowWorks in the futue.

The installation guys did a professional job on my windows. The estimate time was 2:30 to finish. They was cleaning up by 2:45..I need 5 more windows installed. I will be in contact with WindowWorks to finish my project.
