I'm abouslty grateful for everything that they have done for me. Words can not express how much I appreciate their support, compassion, understanding, and respect they provide. I would definitely recommend using the McCauley-Sullivan funeral home. They were very helpful with everything I needed and went above and beyond helping me find a place to engrave my grandparents head stone when the original headstone company wasn’t helpful.
We were pretty unhappy with the prayer service lady we hired through the funeral home for my sisters death. She barely spoke English, she arrived 15 minutes late without an apology, and then gave a speech it feels like she came up with on the fly. It definitely wasn’t prepared. She didn’t even acknowledge my father in her speech, who is grieving the death of his daughter. Overall it was a standard service but mainly the lady who spoke did a great disservice and disrespect to my family and I do not recommend hiring her if you don’t have a priest to speak.
