I have been ordering from 10 pulse years. I originally chose massage warehouse due to there reasonable shipping costs. They usually get the order shipped in a timely manner. My order has always been correct until my last order. They made it right promptly without any hassle.

Good luck getting a full order. For over a year I order supplies just to find out they're unavailable for weeks or even months. They don't automatically refund you for weeks unless you call to request it. The question is what are they doing with the money in the meantime? Banking it and earning interest? It's happened too often to excuse as an occasional distribution issue. They need to rework their business model.

I've always had good service, quick shipments, and quality products from here. I once had a leaky bottle of lotion. They shipped out a new bottle and I had no other issues. I've been very happy with the service over my 11 years using them.
